Hello everyone, I'm Pooja Chandra, the founder of UltraGlo. Today, I want to share my story with you - my journey from a successful career in medical ultrasound, specialising in obstetrics, to starting UltraGlo, a clinic that offers cutting-edge High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatments.
For over 16 years, I had the privilege of working in the field of medical ultrasound, with a focus on obstetrics. Throughout my career, I witnessed the immense joy and satisfaction that came from helping expectant parents monitor the health and development of their unborn children. This experience not only deepened my interest in ultrasound technology but also sparked my curiosity about its potential in other areas of medicine.
One day, while attending a medical conference, I stumbled upon a presentation about HIFU and its applications in the field of aesthetics. I was instantly captivated by the technology's potential to transform lives by offering non-invasive solutions for skin tightening and body contouring. As someone who has always believed that beauty begins from the inside, I have been skeptical of surgery and other invasive procedures that can make women look unnatural. The promise of HIFU as a non-invasive procedure that involves no knives or needles truly excited me.
As I delved deeper into the subject, I realised that my background in medical ultrasound provided me with a unique perspective and skill set that could contribute to the rapidly evolving world of aesthetic medicine. Over the next few years, I did my own research and pursued qualifications in dermal intervention to broaden my knowledge of HIFU technology and its application in aesthetics.
With a solid foundation in both ultrasound technology and dermal intervention, I decided to take the plunge and establish UltraGlo. I wanted to create a clinic that combined my passion for ultrasound technology with my newfound interest in aesthetic treatments and my belief in non-invasive procedures.
Starting UltraGlo was not an easy decision. However, I believed that my expertise in medical ultrasound, combined with my commitment to excellence and understanding of dermal intervention, could make a real difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their aesthetic goals in a safe, non-invasive way.
At UltraGlo, I pride myself on offering state-of-the-art HIFU treatments that are backed by scientific research and clinical experience. My journey from obstetrics to aesthetics has been a remarkable and rewarding one. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with the world in a new and exciting way, and to offer a safe, non-invasive alternative to traditional aesthetic procedures.
